Forest State Park - Calf Creek Falls - Torrey



Today, we drive on country

road Highway 12, one of the few All-American-Highways, offering breath taking

scenery with each turn. We stop at photogenic Kodachrome Basin State Park for a

walk. Discover giant fossilized tree trunks at Escalante Petrified Forest State

Park on a hike up onto a table mountain. If day temperature permits we do a

moderately longer hike to Lower Calf Creek Falls. Night in the town of Torrey,

gateway to Capitol Reef National Park.
