day 1:Basilica of St. Frances; walk through city and get feel for it; just relax and take as it comes.
Day 2: All day spa NUNA, like a Spa Nordik on steroids :):):)
evening- relax, walk around a bit, sleep well
Day of depart: morning- maybe spend bit longer; or; early bfast and stop along route back to Rome here and there, arrive early aft to drop off car in Vatican City
