How about - from Dubrovnik (3 nights) you could head up to Mljet with the morning catamaran (http://www.gv-line.hr/raspo... and then spend a night there. Then from Mljet to Korcula either with the same catamaran as above (if it's running that day) or with http://www.krilo.hr/en/sail... which sails daily. I'd suggest maybe 2 nights there.
